This USA made Matt Lipstick Base is the perfect base for customising with your own colours. It applies silky smooth and drys to a matt, transfer-proof finish. Has staying power! Removes with micellar water or make-up remover.
Customise it using natural pigments, lakes and mica colour.
It has a pleasant scent to it when left as is, but flavour oils are available for further customisation.
This Lipstick Base is made in the USA, is cruelty-free and suitable for use in vegan formulations.
To use: Use as is or melt in a Bane Marie and add additional ingredients as you desire.
100gm of this base gives a yield of approximately 15-20 average-sized lipstick tubes.

This base is highly recommended and have been making alot of liquid lipstick with this , it doesn't even need melting down I can just mix pigments and pop into the syringe then into tubes , it's long lasting, kiss proof and smudge proof.
