This service includes:
- Identify and calculate any allergens in your product (if applicable).
- Prepare your product label information ready for incorporation into your brand’s design.**
- Provide a PDF document explaining how labels are created so that you can try it yourself next time.
How It Works
Upon purchasing this package, you will receive a download link for a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) at checkout.
Next, simply fill out the confidentiality agreement and send it back to me along with:
- Your CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report)
- Your product formula in percentages or grams.
I will then handle the preparation of your product label and send it to you in PDF and Word format.
Once you receive the label information, you can incorporate it into your design, either by yourself or with the help of your designer.

Cosmetic Product UK Portal Notification (SCPN)

You've got your product assessed, designed your labels, completed your PIF and are ready to launch, but one thing stands in your way... the Cosmetic Portal Notification.
Submitting your products to the cosmetic portal is mandatory to sell them in the UK. It involves answering questions to categorise your products and uploading your formulation and label.
This process can be daunting for some, so I created this service, to take away the stress so you can concentrate on other aspects of your business.
How It Works
Select Product Type - Cosmetic refers to any cosmetic product other than Cold or Hot Process soap. CP/HP Soap is charged slightly higher as there are calculations to do in order to give the ingredient ranges for the portal.
Upon purchasing this package, you will receive a download link for a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) at checkout.
Next, simply fill out the confidentiality agreement and send it back to me along with:
- Your CPSR
- Your PIF
- Your label design in jpg format (separate from your PIF)
You will then need to log in to your Portal account and add me as a Team Member with the email address provided in the Confidentiality agreement. This sends me an invite which I can then use to report your product.
I will then:
- Gather the required information about your product
- Create the formulation CSV file ready for upload
- Report your product on the UK SCPN portal
Once the entry is complete, you will be sent a confirmation email. You must then log into your account, check the entry and confirm by return email.
Please note that I do not complete Portal entries for white-label products or those purchased abroad.

- A fully written PIF document for your chosen product delivered within 1 week in both Word and PDF format, so that you may edit if necessary.

That's why I'm offering to help with my PIF creation service. If you don't want to write it yourself, or start with one of the templates I offer, then this service is for you.
With my PIF creation service, you will get:
- A fully written PIF document for your chosen product delivered within 1 week in both Word and PDF format, so that you may edit if necessary.
When you purchase download the available documents at checkout (this includes a confidentiality agreement) and send the following back to me:
- The completed Form.
- The signed and dated confidentiality agreement
- Your CPSR
- Your product label image (png or jpg)
- Your product photo (jpg)

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is a hygiene seal, this must remain unbroken.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please fill in the returns form you would have received with your order. If you cannot find this, you can request one from us via email. at contact@revega.co.uk
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Where there are obvious signs of use.
Where the item is returned in a condition whereby it cannot be resold.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Cosmetic Regulation Admin Compliance Package UK

The ultimate 'done for you' package.
Starting a cosmetics business can be overwhelming, especially in the UK, where the administrative requirements are extensive and time-consuming. As the responsible person for your products, you must complete various documents, ensure proper labelling, and UK Cosmetics Portal notification. However, if you’re new to this process, it can be daunting, and you may not feel confident in what needs to be done or how to do it.
This is where my compliance package comes in to help.
While you will remain the Responsible Person (RP) for your products, I can handle the tedious administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on what you do best—creating your products.
With this package, all you need to do is complete a form with the necessary information, provide a couple of documents, and within one week, I will:
- Identify and calculate any allergens in your product (if applicable).
- Prepare your product label information, ready for incorporation into your brand’s design.**
- Draft your Product Information File (PIF) and include a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) statement and batch record sheet, in both Word and PDF format, so that you may edit if necessary.
- Report your product/s on the UK Cosmetic Portal.***
How It Works
Select Product Type - Cosmetic refers to any cosmetic product other than Cold or Hot Process soap. CP/HP Soap is charged slightly higher as there are calculations to do in order to give the ingredient ranges for the portal.
Upon purchasing this package, you will receive a download link for a form and a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) at checkout.
Next, simply fill out the form and confidentiality agreement and send them back to me along with:
- Your CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report)
- Your logo in PNG format.
- Your stability testing data sheet.
- Proof of any claims being made for the product.
- Send a team member invite to your Portal account to the email address in the form provided.
I will then handle the preparation of your product label and PIF, and send them to you in PDF and Word format.
Once you receive the label information, you can incorporate it into your design, either yourself or with the help of your designer. Save the final label as a JPG file and send it back to me, along with confirmation that you're satisfied with the work and approve it for upload to the portal.
I will then complete the Cosmetic Portal notification for you and send confirmation by email when this is done.
This package covers one base product with up to 5 variants. If you require additional variants, please feel free to email for a tailored price.

Orders received before 3 pm GMT will be processed the same day.
Handmade scrunchies may take 1-3 days to process if the stock is not ready made.
Orders received after 3pm GMT will be processed on the next working day.
We accept no responsibility for delays of 7 days or less by Royal Mail or Courier if we shipped your package on time. Though we will always help and support you in tracking the package and rectifying after this time if it is lost or further delayed.

Orders to the rest of the world
Due to regulations, we can only ship physical products to the UK or USA right now, but we will update this page when shipping to other countries is possible.
Digital products that were created and placed on the market prior to 13th December 2024 are available worldwide. Any digital products created and placed on the market after this date, sadly will not be available to EU and NI customers. This is due to the GPSR regulations that came into force on the 13th of December. Should anything change, we will update this page and email our customers.
ETAs
We will always ship the same day provided your order is received before our 3pm cut off.
Note that ETA's posted next to shipping methods are approximate and the only guaranteed next day service is Special Delivery, if ordered by 3pm. Though, please plan ahead when ordering and allow extra time for your delivery, in case of unforeseen delays with the postal service. Our promise to you; to always ship on time via your chosen shipping method.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is a hygiene seal, this must remain unbroken.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please fill in the returns form you would have received with your order. If you cannot find this, you can request one from us via email. at contact@revega.co.uk
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Where there are obvious signs of use.
Where the item is returned in a condition whereby it cannot be resold.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days (please be aware it may take longer to appear in your account depending on your banks clearing times).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Courses
All courses provided either online or in-person are delivered in full within 14 days. As such, due to the information/education sold being given in full there are strictly no refunds. Please read all the information on the education pages of the website and email us with any questions prior to purchasing.
Where the course includes a kit. If you decide against the course within 14 days of purchase, then we will refund the kit cost on return of it to us, and your enrolment will be cancelled no longer giving you access to the course. You will not receive a certificate of completion. You will not receive a refund for the remaining course value.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom orders
Where items have been ordered from us that we do not hold in stock, this is deemed a custom order and therefore we cannot refund or exchange after purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@revega.co.uk and send your item to: Revega Ltd, Ground floor, 85 Southdown Road, Harpenden, AL5 1PR, United Kingdom with your refund or exchange form detailing what you wish to exchange for.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive the full value of your original order including the original postage.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost items
Please email contact@revega.co.uk to let us know if you have not received your order in the expected time and we will look into this for you.
I absolutely love the design of this soap. The red dripping is perfect!
