Compiling a PIF for your cosmetic products can be a daunting process, and we understand the stress it can cause when you first start out on your small cosmetics business journey.
Because of this, we have created a PIF Template. Compiled as a word document for you to fill in with your product information. You can save it to your computer and print it out to keep in a file at your premises.
We've included a page for each part of the PIF that you need and prompts and explanations of what is required for each to take the stress out of it for you.
You'll be able to enter your product information easily and quickly, giving you a finished PIF in minutes rather than hours! Then, next time you've already got a finished copy and just need to edit it for your new product.

NB: There is no right or wrong way to compile a PIF, only that it MUST include certain things. Use this as a template, or as a guide, it is up to you.
Because I get asked a lot - I don't offer a PIF service whereby I write it for you. This is because I'd have to ask you for so much information, that by the time you send it all to me, you may as well have put it in the Template yourself. This is why I made this template. It's easier and more affordable.

We accept no responsibility for delays of 7 days or less by Royal Mail or Courier if we shipped your package on time. Though we will always help and support you in tracking the package and rectifying after this time if it is lost or further delayed.

Due to regulations, we can only ship physical products to the UK right now, but we will update this page when shipping to other countries is possible.
Digital products that were created and placed on the market prior to 13th December 2024 are available worldwide. Any digital products created and placed on the market after this date, sadly will not be available to EU and NI customers. This is due to the GPSR regulations that came into force on the 13th of December. Should anything change, we will update this page and email our customers.
I have tried several pif templates most being overly complicated and time consuming to complete. This template is excellent, just what I needed, easy download and very user friendly.
