The formula you will receive with your safety report makes a base similar to Stephensons that you whip into fluffy soap, but it stays lovely and creamy and won't have texture issues as you are in control!  It allows for your own customisation of oils, essential oils and colour. There is a little less flexibility with this version since it has been pre-challenge tested so you don't have to.  This saves you money, but means that we needed to restrict the ingredients a little.  However, we have included 42 different oils to choose from to mix and match and all the usual colours and you can choose your essential oils to make many different variations.

To make it you will be using the following ingredients

Aqua, Glycerin, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate powder, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Sorbitol, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Phytate, Phenoxyethanol Ethylhexyglycerin, Oil/s of choice, Colour/s of choice (from a long list of CI names), and Essential oil/s of choice.

We also give the option for some decoration and non-cosmetic extras such as toys, crystals, paper items and jewellery.

Essential Oils - This CPSR allows you to use 1.5% Essential oil/s. This assessment includes a choice of 50 essential oils including Vanilla Extract for optional added sweetness.  You may use them individually or as a blend within the given usage limits. Meaning you have unlimited scent options!

Stephensons Crystal OPC base, Your choice of oil or butter (from a long list), your choice of colour (from a long list including bio glitter), your choice of essential oil or blend (from a choice of 50), Polysorbate 80 (optional), your choice of optional powder (including things like charcoal, kaolin, arrowroot, cornstarch, honey powder etc), optional exfoliants (including salts, sugar, walnut shell powder, coffee grounds pumice and Bamboo stem powder).

We also give the option for some decoration and non-cosmetic extras such as toys, crystals, paper items and jewellery.

How it works

Flexible CPSRs provide a frame formulation.  This involves set percentages and some set ingredients to provide the stability and base of the formulation.  The flexibility comes from being able to swap some ingredients for other similar ingredients within certain parameters.  These will allow you to change the performance, texture, scent and colour of the product without compromising it's quality, stability and safety.

Essential Oils - This CPSR allows you to use 1.5% Essential oil/s. This assessment includes a choice of 50 essential oils including Vanilla Extract for optional added sweetness.  You may use them individually or as a blend within the given usage limits. Meaning you have unlimited scent options!

Revega CPSRs are flexible with ingredients, so for this assessment you can purchase all ingredients from any reputable supplier including essential oils, but you must do your allergen calculations based on the IFRA and Allergen sheets from the supplier you purchase from.

Our CPSRs are valid in the UK and EU.

What you will receive:

• Formula and method document with frame formulation and variant tables with max usage rates. You must follow this guide for your CPSR to be valid.
• Your customised CPSR in your responsible person name with a full list of essential oils and their max usage rates.  Allergen calculations must be done by you based on the blends you create.
• If you choose the CPSR + Full Compliance Package option you will need to send us your product information at a later date so that we can complete this work.  You will then receive a completed PIF, label information sheet (to copy and paste into your design) and we'll do your SCPN UK Portal entries (including allergen calculations after you provide us your essential oil blend information) if you would like us to.  This option saves money opposed to purchasing the CPSR and compliance package separately. - Please note compliance is a one time service for up to the number of fragrances you have chosen - eg: If you pick 5 fragrances we will do admin for 5 products.

We aim to return your completed CPSR within 24/48 hours (weekends excluded), but please allow 1 week.

This CPSR - Cosmetic Product Safety Report is for an Whipped Scrub using Stephensons OPC base. 

A pre-made base that you whip into fluffy soap and allows for your own customisation of oils, butter, fragrance, colour and even create scrubs by adding exfoliants. It lathers and rinses away cleanly, leaving no oily residue.

To make it you will be using the following ingredients

Fragrances - This CPSR allows you to use 2% Fragrance. You may choose 5, 10 or 15 fragrances from any supplier to be included in your CPSR, if you want to add on an additional fragrance now or later, that’s fine you can order and ‘additional fragrance’ HERE
