Fragrance Oil Addendum

Want to add an additional fragrance oil to your existing Revega CPSR?

No problem.

Simply select the number of additional fragrances you would like to add, then provide your original order number, CPSR reference number and fragrance choice(s) using the fields below.

Important

This addendum can only be used where a Revega CPSR already exists. It is intended for customers who:

• Need to add additional fragrances after their CPSR has been issued.

• Need to update a fragrance due to a reformulation or supplier change.

• Have used all available fragrance options already listed on their CPSR.

Please do not purchase this addendum unless one of the above situations applies.

Compatibility

This addendum allows:

• Fragrance Oils to be added to an existing Fragrance Oil CPSR.

• Essential Oils to be added to an existing Essential Oil CPSR.

• Fragrance Oils or Essential Oils to be added to certain Custom CPSRs, depending on how the original assessment was written. If you have a Custom CPSR, please contact us before purchasing.

This addendum does not allow:

• Fragrance Oils to be added to an Essential Oil CPSR.

• Essential Oils to be added to a Fragrance Oil CPSR.

• Fragrances to be added to Soak CPSRs.

Turnaround Time

We aim to complete fragrance addendums within 24–48 working hours (excluding weekends), however please allow up to 1 week during busy periods.

Please Note

We can only add fragrances to existing Revega CPSRs. Assessments purchased from other providers cannot be modified or updated by us.

Want to add an additional Ingredient to your existing CPSR?

No problem.  

Fill out your Responsible Person details, CPSR Reference number and Ingredient choice.

This is for one added ingredient only added as a variant on your existing CPSR.

We aim to return your completed CPSR update within 24/48 hours (weekends excluded), but please allow 1 week.

Note: We can only add to an existing Revega assessment.  CPSRs purchased elsewhere cannot be modified or added to.

NOT VALID for fragrance add ons ... see  HERE  instead for fragrances.
NOT Valid for Soak Assessments.

An ingredient being a single ingredient or diluted extract or active, not a cosmetic base. 
To add on a base such as melt and pour soap or similar you will need a separate CPSR for that product and the ‘sell together’ addendum. 

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO WATER BASED PRODUCTS - this is because new challenge testing would be required.  If you have this done and can send us the report then we can add the ingredient.

Want to add an additional area of exposure to your existing Products?

For example: You may have a body oil that you would like for full body use or as a hair oil.

No problem.  

Fill out your Responsible Person details and CPSR Reference number in the text boxes above.

This CPSR will duplicate your requested CPSR for a new area of exposure calculating the new margin of safety to allow for that new use.

You will receive a duplicate CPSR for your product allowing for the newly requested area of exposure.

Note: We can only add to an existing Revega assessment.  CPSRs purchased elsewhere cannot be modified or added to.

This addendum allows the inclusion of Cannabidiol (CBD) within an existing CPSR, subject to a review of the raw material and supporting documentation.

Due to the complex and evolving regulatory requirements surrounding CBD, each raw material must be assessed individually before approval can be confirmed.

CBD additions are currently limited to a maximum of 0.19% in the finished product (due to recent studies) unless additional supporting safety data are supplied and accepted by the assessor.

Want to add Botanicals as decoration to your existing Products?

No problem.

The following will be included in the addendum:

• Lavender Buds (INCI: Lavandula Angustifolia Flower)

• Rose Petals (INCI: Rosa Centifolia Flower)

• Calendula Petals (INCI: Calendula Officinalis Flower)

• Chamomile Flowers (INCI: Chamomilla Recutita Flower)
  

• Hibiscus Petals (INCI: Hibiscus Sabdariffa Flower)

This will be added as a decorative variant item to your chosen CPSR to be used as decoration on top of your chosen product.

Want to combine different product types into one unique creation?

Perhaps you’d like to hide a mini melt and pour soap inside a bath bomb, reveal beautiful bath salts from within a bath bomb topped with bubble frosting, or decorate whipped soap creations with melt and pour embeds.

Now you can!

Please read the information below carefully and complete the required details to apply for this addendum.

You may pair TWO or THREE assessments per addendum.

CPSRs Eligible for This Addendum

• SLS Free Melt and Pour Soap (with Stephenson’s Base)

• Whipped Soap (with Stephenson’s Base)

• Bath Bombs

• Bath Truffles

• Bubble Bars

• Bath Salts

Your two-three chosen assessments listed within this addendum may be used together to create combined products, where each individual product remains a separate component. Examples include bubble bar or melt and pour soap used as frosting or decoration on a bath bomb.

Each assessment product must be made using the same fragrance as the product it is paired with, and ingredients from separate assessments must not be combined into a single formulation.

This addendum can be used with either Fragrance Oil or Essential Oil CPSR versions. However, fragrance or essential oil blends must match across all combined products. For example, if a bath bomb is scented with lavender and lemon, the accompanying bubble bar frosting must either be unscented or also scented with lavender and lemon.

If you need additional fragrances added to the CPSRs so that they match, use our fragrance oil addendum to add them.

This addendum covers products that are:

• Sold together with another product

• Attached onto another product

• Contained within another product

Examples include:

• A melt and pour soap embed inside a bath bomb or bubble bar

• A bath bomb made in two halves with bubble bar filling in the centre

• Bath salts contained within a bath bomb

• A bath bomb with bubble bar or melt and pour frosting
  
• Melt and Pour embeds on top of whipped soap

Recipes must remain separate and should not be combined into one formulation. Product labels must clearly display separate ingredient information for each individual component.

To use this addendum, the Responsible Person must already hold the relevant CPSRs for each product type they wish to combine. This addendum serves as an update to those existing CPSRs only.
