Cosmetic Regulations Admin Service

~~~~~ IMPORTANT INFORMATION~~~READ BEFORE PURCHASE~~~~~
The ultimate 'done for you' package.
Starting a cosmetics business can be overwhelming, especially in the UK, where the administrative requirements are extensive and time-consuming. As the responsible person for your products, you must complete various documents, ensure proper labelling, and UK Cosmetics Portal notification. However, if you’re new to this process, it can be daunting, and you may not feel confident in what needs to be done or how to do it.
This is where my compliance package comes in to help.
While you will remain the Responsible Person (RP) for your products, I can handle the tedious administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on what you do best—creating your products.
With this package, all you need to do is complete a form with the necessary information, provide a couple of documents, and within one week, I will:
• Identify and calculate any allergens in your product (if applicable).
• Prepare your product label information, ready for incorporation into your brand’s design.** Including full ingredients list in order.
• Do a courtesy claims check of your product and brand.
• Draft your Product Information File (PIF) and include a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) statement and batch record sheet in PDF format.
• Complete ingredient percentage CSV files for Portal with NPIS notifications where necessary.
• Report your product/s on the UK Cosmetic Portal.***
How It Works
Select Product Type - Cosmetic refers to any cosmetic product other than Cold or Hot Process soap or any product without blends of essential oils.  CP/HP Soap and any products containing blends of multiple essential oils are charged slightly higher as there are more calculations to do in order to give the ingredient ranges for the portal.
Upon purchasing this package, you will receive a download link for a form and a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) at checkout.
Next, simply fill out the form and confidentiality agreement and send them back to me along with:
• Your CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report)
• Your logo in PNG format.
• Your stability testing data sheet.
• Proof of any claims being made for the product.
• Send a team member invite to your Portal account to the email address in the form provided.
I will then handle the preparation of your product label and PIF, and send them to you in PDF format.
Once you receive the label information, you can incorporate it into your design, either yourself or with the help of your designer. Save the final label as a JPG file and send it back to me, along with confirmation that you're satisfied with the work and approve it for upload to the portal.
I will then complete the Cosmetic Portal notification for you and send confirmation by email when this is done.
This package covers one base product with up to 5 variants. If you require additional variants, please feel free to email for a tailored price.
Please note that I do not do compliance packages for white-label products or those purchased abroad.
THIS IS NOT A RESPONSIBLE PERSON SERVICE, THIS IS ADMIN ONLY. This package is created to the best of my knowledge. As the Responsible person of your product, it is up to you to check the information that I provide you is correct before I  upload it to the portal.  I accept no liability for the finished documents that are based on the information given to me.  You and your brand remain the responsible person at all times.  It is therefore up to you to monitor changes in regulations and update the documents if necessary.
THIS IS NOT A DOCUMENT COLLECTION SERVICE - As the responsible person you are expected to have all documents for ingredients and INCI names in order for your formulations prior to ordering admin.  We do not go through supplier websites collecting documents for you.  This is your responsibility and you will need to provide us with INCI names for ingredients including composition information where relevant and CI numbers for colours.
Work is done all at once.  We cannot do this work for some variants and then others at a later date.  Price quoted is based on all work being completed together at the same time.
** If you have a label design in Canva that you'd like me to put the information into, then please send me the Canva link and I can work directly on that.
*** Only the responsible person is permitted access to their .gov portal account.  However, your account will allow you to add team members.  You will need to 'add me as a team member so that I can sign in to complete the entry on your behalf. You remain the RP, I act as an admin assistant only. This allows me access to your account. You must complete, sign and return the NDA to demonstrate that you agree to this. This is for UK portal entries only.  I do not offer EU portal submissions at this time.
In exceptionally busy periods, if wait times are going to be longer than 1 week, you will be emailed and have the option to wait or cancel your order.
For a more efficient service and to ensure the quality of the data given, I now provide PIFs only in PDF format.
For data protection purposes, your files and completed documents will be deleted from our system after you have confirmed receipt.  Please ensure you save and back up your files when you receive them, we cannot resend them!
If you make changed to any information given after I have received it and commenced work, there may be an additional admin charge.
This listing is for one product reported on the portal.
You've got your product assessed, designed your labels, completed your PIF and are ready to launch, but one thing stands in your way... the Cosmetic Portal Notification.
Submitting your products to the cosmetic portal is mandatory to sell them in the UK.  It involves answering questions to categorise your products and uploading your formulation and label.
This process can be daunting for some, so I created this service, to take away the stress so you can concentrate on other aspects of your business.
How It Works
Select Product Type - Cosmetic refers to any cosmetic product other than Cold or Hot Process soap.  CP/HP Soap is charged slightly higher as there are calculations to do in order to give the ingredient ranges for the portal.
Upon purchasing this package, you will receive a download link for a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) at checkout.
Next, simply fill out the confidentiality agreement and send it back to me along with:
• Your CPSR
• Your PIF
• Your label design in jpg format (separate from your PIF)
You will then need to log in to your Portal account and add me as a Team Member with the email address provided in the Confidentiality agreement.  This sends me an invite which I can then use to report your product.
I will then:
• Gather the required information about your product
• Create the formulation CSV file ready for upload
• Report your product on the UK SCPN portal
Once the entry is complete, you will be sent a confirmation email.  You must then log into your account, check the entry and confirm by return email.
Please note that I do not complete Portal entries for white-label products or those purchased abroad.
This listing is for one product variant portal entry.  If you require more email for a tailored quote.
This is for the UK SCPN Gov Portal ONLY.
The Portal notification is created to the best of my knowledge.  As the Responsible person of your product, it is up to you to check the information that you provide me is correct. I accept no liability for the finished entry which is based on the information given to me.  You and your brand remain the responsible person at all times. After reporting the product on the portal it is up to you as the Responsible person to keep it up to date.
In exceptionally busy periods, if wait times are going to be longer than 1 week, you will be emailed and have the option to wait or cancel your order.
Please ensure that your information is correct before purchasing this service.  If I notice any incorrect or missing information then I will let you know before proceeding to give you the opportunity to correct it, however this is not a PIF review service and I can only work with the information given to me.  It is your responsibility to ensure this is accurate and meets UK regulatory standards.
For data protection purposes, your files and completed documents will be deleted from our system after you have confirmed the portal upload.
Do you need help to get customers to your website and convert those visits into sales?
You likely have a great product, but your website is missing something.
That's where these website audits come in.
Due to demand, I'm now offering a complete audit of your website.
This purchase includes a full audit of your website.
 I go through your site page by page and create a write-up of what is negatively affecting your store, what could be improved on, what is missing that you should add and what needs to go.
At the end of this write-up will be a list of actions to take to address these issues and how to go about it.
Please allow a week for me to complete this for you.  It will delivered to the email address that you ordered from in PDF format.
When you have placed your order, please email contact@revega.co.uk with your order number and provide your website URL.
Important:  This is an audit and recommendations only.  I do not do the alterations for you.  It is up to you as the website owner to decide if the audit recommendations are right for your business and implement them.  I make no guarantee that these changes will impact traffic or sales, as there are many other factors that will determine this.  However, making sure your website is as polished as it can be is a big step in the right direction.
Strictly no refunds on services.  If you are unsure about purchasing, please email me with any questions prior.
