This CPSR - Cosmetic Product Safety Report is for an anhydrous Body Butter. 

A thick luxurious feeling body butter that stays reasonably soft if made as per original recipe (given in PDF instructions), with optional additions including:

• Hyaluronic acid pearls (an anhydrous version of hyaluronic acid).
• Bisabolol
• Coenzyme Q 10 Plus E
• Remodelling Intense
  
• Cetearyl Alcohol
• Cetyl Alcohol
• Various Clays and Powders
• and allowing for your own full customisation of oils, butter, fragrance and colour.

Being anhydrous there will be a level of greasiness, but we can counter it slightly with the powder options and by choosing an ester within the oils.  This is a truly beautiful body butter that allows for so much customisation you can truly create a unique product.

The Optional Additions variant table will include information on their functions so that you can create a formula that performs as you wish, however please remember that claims require proof, so if you want to claim that your product does any of the things the function suggests, you will need official claims testing.

This CPSR requires a basic understanding of formulating in %.

This CPSR - Cosmetic Product Safety Report is for an Whipped Scrub using Stephensons OPC base. 

A pre-made base that you whip into fluffy soap and allows for your own customisation of oils, butter, fragrance, colour and even create scrubs by adding exfoliants. It lathers and rinses away cleanly, leaving no oily residue.

To make it you will be using the following ingredients

Stephensons Crystal OPC base, Your choice of oil or butter (from a long list), your choice of colour (from a long list of CI numbers and bio glitter), your choice of fragrance, Polysorbate 80 (optional), your choice of optional powder (including things like charcoal, kaolin, arrowroot, cornstarch, honey powder etc), optional exfoliants (including salts, sugar, walnut shell powder, coffee grounds pumice and Bamboo stem powder).

This CPSR - Cosmetic Product Safety Report is for cold process soap.

Cold process soap involves working with Lye which is highly caustic.  It is therefore advised that this CPSR is used by those with some formulation experience.

This is a luxurious and high performing cold process soap. 

• It has a 5% superfat.
• It is inexpensive to make.
• It produces a creamy lather.
• It cleanses well.
• It produces bubbles and foam.

It allows for your own customisation of fragrance and colour and other additives.

You may adjust the batch size and water amount.

To make it you will be using the following ingredients
Shea Butter, Apricot Kernel Oil, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Distilled Water. 

We also allow for up to 25% of the above oil and butter to be replaced by different oil and/or butter from a long list. 

You then have the option to add anything from the variant options up to a maximum percentage, these include:

• Citric Acid
• Sugar
• Salt 
• Honey
• Sodium Lactate
• Various clays and powders including kaolin, colloidal oats, honey powder, matcha powder, charcoal and more.

This deodorant formula makes a lovely solid stick that glides on effortlessly and drys down nicely.

This CPSR - Cosmetic Product Safety Report is for an anhydrous Lip Balm. 

This CPSR gives you the flexibility to create your own unique lip balm by mixing and matching oils, butters and waxes from a huge choice for your ideal texture and feel.  

We also give you the choice of some optional extras (cetyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, stearic acid and hyaluronic acid pearls), colour (from a lip safe list of colourants, note this is for aesthetics, not the colour the lips) and of course flavour oils.

To make it you will be using the following ingredients 

Butter/s of choice, Oils and/or Esters of choice, Wax of choice, Optional additions of choice (as above), Optional Flavour oil, Vitamin e, Optional colour of choice.

This balm has a high butter content in response to customer demand. However, higher levels of butter can make the finished balm more susceptible to texture changes in different temperatures and weather conditions, so this should be taken into consideration when making and storing the product.

A professional-grade pre-assessed lip balm formulation will also be available shortly for those happy to work with a lower butter content.

We also give you the choice of some optional extras (Cera Bellina wax, stearic acid, Silica Dimethyl Silylate and waxes), colour (from a lip safe list of colourants, note this is for aesthetics, not the colour the lips) and of course flavour oils.

To make it you will be using the following ingredients 

Butter/s of choice, Oils and/or Esters of choice, Optional additions of choice (as above), Optional Flavour oil, Vitamin e, Optional colour of choice.

We can offer example formulas, but this CPSR is truly so flexible, so long as you stay within the % maximums, you can make your own formulation.  Why?  because lip balm ingredients are inherently safe and all carefully selected optional extras are given within maximum usage rates, meaning whatever you choose to create will be safe and assessed for lip use.

How it works

Flexible CPSRs provide a frame formulation.  This involves set percentages and some set ingredients to provide the stability and base of the formulation.  The flexibility comes from being able to swap some ingredients for other similar ingredients within certain parameters.  These will allow you to change the performance, texture, scent and colour of the product without compromising it's quality, stability and safety.

Flavours - This CPSR allows you to use 3% flavour oil. You may choose 5, 10 or 15 flavour oils from any supplier to be included in your CPSR, if you want to add on an additional flavour now or later, that’s fine you can order using the listing for ‘additional fragrance’ HERE

You may also make a flavour free version.

Revega CPSRs are flexible with ingredients, so whilst you MUST always get your flavour oil from the same supplier (this is because composition will vary across suppliers), you can purchase all other ingredients from any reputable supplier.

Our CPSRs are valid in the UK and EU.

• Your customised CPSR in your responsible person name with your chosen flavours complete with allergen calculations.
• If you choose the CPSR + Full Compliance Package option you will need to send us your product information at a later date so that we can complete this work.  You will then receive a completed PIF, label information sheet (to copy and paste into your design) and we'll do your SCPN UK Portal entries if you would like us to.  This option saves money opposed to purchasing the CPSR and compliance package separately. - Please note compliance is a one time service for up to the number of flavours you have chosen - eg: If you pick 5 flavours we will do admin for 5 products.

This CPSR - Cosmetic Product Safety Report is for a Body Spray using Perfumers Alcohol (specifically the common Alcohol Denat, Isopropyl Myristate, Monopropylene Glycol composition available from many suppliers).

This is an easy, simple and effective formulation that can be customised by adding an your chosen fragrance to create the body spray you want.

To make it you will be using the following ingredients

Perfumers Alcohol, Distilled Water, Fragrance Oil of choice.

No challenge testing is required for this product due to the high alcohol content.
