This CPSR - Cosmetic Product Safety Report is for Bubble Bars (solid bubble bath that you crumble under running water). This formulation gives a solid foundation for a good Bubble Bar that can be customised by mixing and matching the variant options.  Choose your powder binder/feel enhancer, your fragrances and colours to make bubble bars in various shapes, scents and colours.

To make the Bubble bars you will be using the following ingredients  

Bicarbonate of Soda, SLSa, Powder/binder of choice (including Kaolin etc) Cream of Tartar, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Polysorbate 80, Cocoa Butter, Fragrance oil of choice, colours of choice from a long list.

Optional Additions Included: We want you to have the most creativity possible with this flexible CPSR and that's why it also includes decoration options (such as dried fruit, botanicals, bio glitter and also cocoa butter drizzle) and non-cosmetic items to hide within your bubble bars (such as toys, jewellery, crystals and paper items) to give your customers that extra surprise.

How it works

Flexible CPSRs provide a frame formulation.  This involves set percentages and some set ingredients to provide the stability and base of the formulation.  The flexibility comes from being able to swap some ingredients for other similar ingredients within certain parameters.  These will allow you to change the performance, texture, scent and colour of the product without compromising it's quality, stability and safety.

Fragrances - This CPSR allows you to use 1.9% Fragrance. You may choose 5, 10 or 15 fragrances from any supplier to be included in your CPSR, if you want to add on an additional fragrance now or later, that’s fine you can order any ‘additional fragrances’ HERE

You may also make a fragrance free version.

Revega CPSRs are flexible with ingredients, so whilst you MUST always get your fragrance oils from the same supplier (this is because composition will vary across suppliers), you can purchase all other ingredients from any reputable supplier.

Our CPSRs are valid in the UK and EU.

What you will receive:

• Formula and method document with frame formulation and variant tables with max usage rates. You must follow this guide for your CPSR to be valid.  
• Your customised CPSR in your responsible person name with your chosen fragrances complete with allergen calculations.
• If you choose the CPSR + Full Compliance Package option you will need to send us your product information at a later date so that we can complete this work.  You will then receive a completed PIF, label information sheet (to copy and paste into your design) and we'll do your SCPN UK Portal entries if you would like us to.  This option saves money opposed to purchasing the CPSR and compliance package separately. - Please note compliance is a one time service for up to the number of fragrances you have choosen - eg: If you pick 5 fragrances we will do admin for 5 products.

We aim to return your completed CPSR within 24/48 hours (weekends excluded), but please allow 1 week.

Essential Oils - This CPSR allows you to use 1.5% Essential Oil. This assessment includes a choice of 50 essential oils including Vanilla Extract for optional added sweetness.  You may use them individually or as a blend within the given usage limits. Meaning you have unlimited scent options!

Revega CPSRs are flexible with ingredients, so for this assessment you can purchase all ingredients from any reputable supplier including essential oils, but you must do your allergen calculations based on the IFRA and Allergen sheets from the supplier you purchase from.

Our CPSRs are valid in the UK and EU.

That's why I'm offering to help with my PIF creation service.  If you don't want to write it yourself, or start with one of the templates I offer, then this service is for you.

With my PIF creation service, you will get:

• A fully written PIF document for your chosen product delivered within 1 week in PDF format.

When you purchase download the available documents at checkout (this includes a confidentiality agreement) and send the following back to me:

• The completed Form.
• The signed and dated confidentiality agreement
• Your CPSR 
• Your product label image (png or jpg)
• Your product photo (jpg)

PIFs that include variations will be created as one 'Family PIF' for that product range.

The PIF is created to the best of my knowledge.  As the Responsible person of your product, it is up to you to check the information that I provide you is correct. I accept no liability for the finished documents based on the information given to me.  You and your brand remain the responsible person at all times. After creating of the documents it is up to you as the Responsible person to keep them up to date.  

In exceptionally busy periods, if wait times are going to be longer than 1 week, you will be emailed and have the option to wait or cancel your order.

For a more efficient service and to ensure the quality of the data given, I now provide PIFs only in PDF format. 

For data protection purposes, your files and completed documents will be deleted from our system after you have confirmed receipt.  Please ensure you save and back up your files when you receive them, we cannot resend them!
