Due to cosmetic product regulations we only ship within the UK.

If you are a hair extensions customer and require shipping outside of the UK please contact us.

All items are shipped via tracked services. Orders ship same working day if ordered by 3pm.

Next day on orders over £150 (usually Next working day) - FREE

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for 0-1kg (usually 1-2 working days) - £4.48

Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for orders up to £50 (2-4 working days) - £2.99

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm (up to 500g) - £7.40

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm (501g to 1kg) - £8.70

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm (1.001kg to 2kg) - £11

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 9am (up to 5kg) - £20

Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed (up to 5kg) - £25

ETAs
We will always ship the same day provided your order is received before our 3pm cut off. 

Note that ETA's posted next to shipping methods are approximate and the only guaranteed next day service is Special Delivery, if ordered by 3pm.  Though, please plan ahead when ordering and allow extra time for your delivery, in case of unforeseen delays with the postal service.  Our promise to you; to always ship on time via your chosen shipping method. 

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  If there is a hygiene seal, this must remain unbroken.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please fill in the returns form you would have received with your order. If you cannot find this, you can request one from us via email. at contact@revega.co.uk

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Where there are obvious signs of use.
Where the item is returned in a condition whereby it cannot be resold.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days (please be aware it may take longer to appear in your account depending on your banks clearing times).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Courses
All courses provided either online or in-person are delivered in full within 14 days.  As such, due to the information/education sold being given in full there are strictly no refunds.  Please read all the information on the education pages of the website and email us with any questions prior to purchasing.  

Where the course includes a kit.  If you decide against the course within 14 days of purchase, then we will refund the kit cost on return of it to us, and your enrolment will be cancelled no longer giving you access to the course.  You will not receive a certificate of completion.  You will not receive a refund for the remaining course value.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Custom orders
Where items have been ordered from us that we do not hold in stock, this is deemed a custom order and therefore we cannot refund or exchange after purchase.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@revega.co.uk and send your item to: Revega Ltd, City House, Ronsons Way, St Albans, AL4 9PU, United Kingdom with your refund or exchange form detailing what you wish to exchange for.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Revega Ltd, City House, Ronsons Way, St Albans, AL4 9PU, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive the full value of your original order including the original postage.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Lost items

Please email contact@revega.co.uk to let us know if you have not received your order in the expected time and we will look into this for you.
