CLP Label Authoring Service (Digital File)

Ensure your products are labelled correctly with a professionally prepared CLP label, created using the information you provide by our qualified safety assessor.

This service is for the creation of one CLP label for one product only and is supplied as a digital file for you to print yourself. No physical labels are included.

Our CLP labels are prepared using the documentation and formulation information you provide and are intended to help you meet your obligations under the UK CLP Regulation.

This service is suitable for products requiring CLP labelling, such as:

• Candles

• Wax melts

• Reed diffusers

• Room sprays

• Other products requiring CLP hazard labelling such as shower steamers

What You Need to Provide

To create your CLP label, we will require the following information via email after purchase:

• Product type

• Your Responsible person company or full name, address and telephone number.
  
  

• Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for all hazardous ingredients

• Certificate of Analysis (CoA)

• IFRA Certificate

• Allergen Declaration

• Full formulation (if your product contains a mixture of ingredients)

• Percentage (%) of fragrance or mixture used in the finished product

Please ensure all documentation is current and supplied before placing your order, as incomplete or incorrect information may delay processing.

What You Will Receive

You will receive a digital CLP label file containing the information required under the UK CLP Regulation, based on the documentation supplied.

The finished file is provided electronically and is ready for you to print using your preferred label size and printing method.

Important Information

• This service covers one product only.

• Any changes to the formulation or fragrance after the label has been created will require a new CLP label.

• The accuracy of the finished label depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the customer.

• This service does not include printing, product testing, Safety Data Sheet creation or regulatory consultancy.

How long will it take?

We aim to return your completed custom CLP within 1-2 Weeks (weekends excluded) though we are usually much faster, depending on current workload. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

It will be delivered in PDF format to the email you ordered with.
