This CPSR - Cosmetic Product Safety Report is for Body Scrub. This is the original Soak recipe updated to include extras to allow you even more creativity than before!

The product you’ll be able to create is a moisturising, foamy body scrub. The report enables you to customise your product as much as you desire, creating your own preferred formulation. You can use the Stephens Crystal OPC Foaming Bath Butter base and add a range of micas, water-soluble dyes, neon non-bleed pigments and glitters and exfoliants to create your own unique creation.

To make the whipped soaps you will be using the following ingredients  

Stephensons Crystal OPC 
Polysorbate 80
Kaolin Clay
Apricot Kernel Oil

Exfoliant Ingredients Include:

Coarse Pumice Powder 
Green Coffee Exfoliant (must come from Soak)
Strawberry Seed Exfoliant (must come from Soak)
Jojoba Seed Powder (must come from Soak)

Plus:

You may use one of these fragrances per product at the usage rates stated on the report.  You cannot mix fragrances within the same product.

These can be used in any blend, and any combination up to the maximum amount specified on the report.

Optional Additions Included: We want you to have the most creativity possible with this flexible CPSR and that's why it also includes the following non-cosmetic items to hide within your bath bombs or decorate with where appropriate complying with UK Toy Safety Regulations (UKCA marking), CE marking where applicable and marketing to an appropriate age: 

Toys 
Jewellery
Crystals (tumbled, no sharp edges)
Paper Items (such as fortunes, jokes, quotes on waterproof paper or concealed in plastic plastic or foil)

The finished product created by this assessment has also been run through a Preservative Efficacy Test (PET) and conforms to all requirements of criteria A as specified in the standard BS EN ISO 11930:2019. This is an extra step Soak Rochford have undertaken to ensure that this product will remain unable to grow bacteria once made as long as good Manufacturing Practice is followed.

How it works

Flexible CPSRs provide a frame formulation.  This involves set percentages and some set ingredients to provide the stability and base of the formulation.  The flexibility comes from being able to swap some ingredients for other similar ingredients within certain parameters.  These will allow you to change the scent and colour of the product without compromising it's quality, stability and safety.

These CPSRs are valid in the UK and EU.
