This CPSR - Cosmetic Product Safety Report is for an original Soak recipe of your choice with your choice of Soak fragrances!
This means if you don't like all the fragrances in one of the pre-assessed options you can mix and match. Choose 10 of your favourites to make your perfect CPSR!

How it works
Flexible CPSRs provide a frame formulation. This involves set percentages and some set ingredients to provide the stability and base of the formulation. The flexibility comes from being able to swap some ingredients for other similar ingredients within certain parameters. These will allow you to change the scent and colour of the product without compromising it's quality, stability and safety.
These CPSRs are valid in the UK and EU.
To order:
- Select the Product type you want the assessment for.
- Fill in your responsible person name and postal address in the Responsible person box.
- Type the names of the 10 Soak fragrances you would like on your assessment. (only valid for Soak fragrances)
What you will receive:
- Formula and method document with frame formulation and variant tables with max usage rates. You must follow this guide for your CPSR to be valid.

Your customised CPSR with your custom chosen fragrances in your responsible person name.
We aim to return your completed CPSR within 24/48 hours (weekends excluded), but please allow 1 week. This includes the info sheet which won't be available to download immeadiately in this instance as the one you receive will depend on your choice.
CPSRs are non-refundable as they are customised to you as a B2B document. If you are unsure of anything, please contact before purchase.
This report has been created by Revega Ltd for Soak Rochford Ltd, using a recipe they have formulated with their customers - therefore remains Soak Rochford Ltd's intellectual property. We appreciate customers confidentiality in handling the data it contains, and by purchasing this report you understand Soak Rochford Ltd may instigate legal proceedings against those that share it unlawfully. This recipe may not be sold on, or given to others without permission from Revega Ltd and Soak Rochford Ltd, but may be viewed/used by the named person on the report, or any of the named persons employees.

You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD courier for extra cost if you need your items faster.
Orders received before 12noon GMT will be processed the same day.
Handmade scrunchies may take 1-3 days to process if the stock is not ready made.
Orders received after 12noon GMT will be processed on the next working day.
We accept no responsibility for delays of 7 days or less by Royal Mail or Courier if we shipped your package on time. Though we will always help and support you in tracking the package and rectifying after this time if it is lost or further delayed.
Orders to the rest of the world
Due to regulations, we can only ship physical products to the UK right now, but we will update this page when shipping to other countries is possible.
Digital products that were created and placed on the market prior to 13th December 2024 are available worldwide. Any digital products created and placed on the market after this date, sadly will not be available to EU and NI customers. This is due to the GPSR regulations that came into force on the 13th of December. Should anything change, we will update this page and email our customers.
