Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Authoring Service – Cosmetics

What we need from you:
- Your business Details (name, address and responsible person if different)
- Your quantitative formulation in percent (if the SDS is for a finished product or infusion)
- All SDS sheets, IFRA and allergen documentation for ingredients (send these via email after ordering or give access to them in cloud storage)

All SDS documents are prepared in compliance with the UK REACH Regulation, EU REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, and the GB CLP / EU CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures. Documents are supplied in the standard 16-section SDS format and are suitable for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers placing cosmetic raw materials on the market.
Where applicable, SDS documents will include calculated classification, hazard statements, exposure guidance, and relevant compositional information. For fragrance materials, essential oils, and botanical ingredients, allergen content will be listed and percentage ranges provided in line with current cosmetic allergen disclosure requirements.

How long will it take?
We aim to return your completed custom SDS within 1-4 weeks (weekends excluded) depending on current workload. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD courier for extra cost if you need your items faster.
Orders received before 12noon GMT will be processed the same day.
Handmade scrunchies may take 1-3 days to process if the stock is not ready made.
Orders received after 12noon GMT will be processed on the next working day.
We accept no responsibility for delays of 7 days or less by Royal Mail or Courier if we shipped your package on time. Though we will always help and support you in tracking the package and rectifying after this time if it is lost or further delayed.

Due to regulations, we can only ship physical products to the UK right now, but we will update this page when shipping to other countries is possible.
Digital products that were created and placed on the market prior to 13th December 2024 are available worldwide. Any digital products created and placed on the market after this date, sadly will not be available to EU and NI customers. This is due to the GPSR regulations that came into force on the 13th of December. Should anything change, we will update this page and email our customers.
