PLEASE READ and send us an email for a quote and to order.

We only assess products for adults and children over 3 years old.  

We have found from previous custom orders that formulas, their complexity, their testing needs and also their supporting ingredient documentation has varied greatly and so therefore have changed how custom CPSRs are ordered going forwards.
If you would like your own custom product assessed then please email us at contact@revega.co.uk with the following information for a quote. All information you give us is kept strictly confidential.
  • Whether you need a single product assessed, would like variations on a single product (eg: same base with different fragrances or actives) or if you would like your own custom flexible assessment.
  • your formulation in %
  • Any variants and their %
  • Ingredient Supplier information.
  • Stability testing information
  • Any other testing information where applicable (such as TVC, PET etc)
Once we have reviewed your formula, we may request technical data sheets for all or a certain number of ingredients. Please ensure you have these ready from your supply before contacting us:
  • MSDS/SDS
  • IFRA (where applicable)
  • Allergen (where applicable)
  • INCI Specification Sheet (where an ingredient is a composition)
We regret that we cannot process orders where ingredient documentation comes from outside the UK, EU, USA or Canada, and all documents you supply must comply with UK/EU cosmetic regulations.
If you are buying in white label products from elsewhere we will need:
  • INCI Specification Sheet
  • SDS
  • IFRA
  • Allergen
If the product that you want assessed is White Label, please note we only assess these when they are from the UK, EU, USA or Canada with correct EU/UK compliant documentation.
Custom reports take around 3-7 working days to complete if all requested paperwork and information is received.
By ordering custom safety report we expect you to have a good working knowledge of formulation and have tested your formulas.
If you are new to making and selling cosmetics we highly recommend looking at our pre-assessed options instead. This offer a great amount of flexibility to allow you to create products unique to your brand, and come with a full guide on formulating them safely.
All of our reports are completed and signed off by our qualified safety assessor with qualifications in pharmacy and cosmetic safety assessment and are valid in the UK and EU.

CPSRs are non-refundable as they are customised to you as a B2B document.  If you are unsure if anything, please contact before purchase.

UK FREE SHIPPING on everything via standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2-3 working days from dispatch).  

You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD courier for extra cost if you need your items faster.

Orders received before 12noon GMT will be processed the same day.

Handmade scrunchies may take 1-3 days to process if the stock is not ready made.

Orders received after 12noon GMT will be processed on the next working day.

We accept no responsibility for delays of 7 days or less by Royal Mail or Courier if we shipped your package on time.  Though we will always help and support you in tracking the package and rectifying after this time if it is lost or further delayed.

Orders to the rest of the world

Due to regulations, we can only ship physical products to the UK right now, but we will update this page when shipping to other countries is possible.

Digital products that were created and placed on the market prior to 13th December 2024 are available worldwide.  Any digital products created and placed on the market after this date, sadly will not be available to EU and NI customers.  This is due to the GPSR regulations that came into force on the 13th of December.  Should anything change, we will update this page and email our customers.

Fast and helpful communication and CPSR

I came to Jenna after a recommendation from a friend and poor service from another company.
I'm really impressed with the excellent customer service and being really helpful.
I chose the flexi report, which is excellent value for what you can add.
The report turnaround was about a week, if not quicker.

Absolute creative freedom

Wow, what can I say, this flexi assessment is exactly what I've always wanted!
There is nothing worse than being restricted when you are a creative. Not to mention when youve ran out of a particular ingredient and you're part way through making a soap and have to quickly fix it. Soap waits for no soap maker! Ive had to do exactly this just 2 days ago. My Amethyst soap previously scented in Dewberry, I went to the fragrance cupboard to get said bottle part way through soaping and disaster! No dewberry! Noooo! So searching through my soap fragrances i find another from the CPSR that will match the colour scheme! YES! Disaster averted and a whole 2.5kg of soap ingredients saved! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EXISTING!

I also love that I'm not restricted to a particular supplier for my main ingredients and colourants and additives. I also also love that if an oil or butter is either unavailable, had a massive price hike, I've ran out of an ingredient or short of one or just fancy trying something new, the flexibility of a % range and other optional oils and butters means I can adjust my formulation accordingly without the need of a brand new assessment. Absolutely AMAZING!

Great service

Very happy with the communication, the process was very easy for me as someone just starting out, and there was a very quick turnaround time as well. Took less than a week for several CPSRs to come back. I felt like my business was valued and respected. I’ll certainly be back again when I’m ready with more recipes.
