This CPSR - Cosmetic Product Safety Report is for Hair Conditioner/Hair Mask. This is the original Soak recipe updated to include extras to allow you even more creativity than before!

The report will allow you to create a hair conditioner that can be marketed as a hair conditioner or rinse off hair mask.

To make the whipped soaps you will be using the following ingredients

Pacific Coconut
Pink Grapefruit
Strawberry and Lime
Sweet Orange
Coco Cabana
Passionfruit Martini
Green Apple

You may use one of these fragrances per product at the usage rates stated on the report.  You cannot mix fragrances within the same product.

Soak Water Soluble Dyes:
Red Granular
Black Granular
Orange Y6
Citrine Yellow
Sapphire Blue
Indian Pink
Emerald Green
Turquoise

These can be used in any blend, and any combination up to the maximum amount specified on the report.

Soak Mica Colours:
Intergalactic Golden Blue
Asteroid Gold
Total Eclipse Black
Cosmic Red
North Star Silver
Solar Yellow

Purple Planet

These may be used in any blend, and any combination up to the maximum amount specified on the report.

These may be used in any blend, and any combination up to the maximum amount specified on the report.

The finished product created by this assessment has also been run through a Preservative Efficacy Test (PET) and conforms to all requirements of criteria A as specified in the standard BS EN ISO 11930:2019. This is an extra step Soak Rochford have undertaken to ensure that this product will remain unable to grow bacteria once made as long as good Manufacturing Practice is followed.

How it works

Flexible CPSRs provide a frame formulation.  This involves set percentages and some set ingredients to provide the stability and base of the formulation.  The flexibility comes from being able to swap some ingredients for other similar ingredients within certain parameters.  These will allow you to change the scent and colour of the product without compromising it's quality, stability and safety.

These CPSRs are valid in the UK and EU.
