This CPSR is for a single product formulation. It allows you a formulation with up to 20, 25 or 30 ingredients. If you have more, please email for a custom quote.

If you require multiple ingredient variations select our 'Custom CPSR - Multiple Variants' or  'Scent variation only' or if you want more freedom choose a 'Custom Flexi CPSR' option.

Revega CPSRs are flexible with ingredients, so whilst you MUST always get your fragrance from the same supplier (this is because composition will vary across suppliers), you can purchase all other ingredients from any reputable supplier.

How to order

• Fill in the text boxes with the required information.
• When filling in the formula, include INCI names and if using fragrance oil, please include supplier name.
• If you have stability data sheets or challenge testing certificates, forward those to us via email.

How long will it take?

We aim to return your completed custom CPSR within 1-4 weeks (weekends excluded) depending on current workload. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

We only assess products for adults and children over 3 years old.  

This CPSR allows you a base formulation (limit of 15 ingredients) and a choice of 10 optional flexible ingredients that can be mixed and matched and added to your base formula up to the maximum assessed amount. Plus 10 additional extras such as decoration or non-cosmetic add ons.

We assess the safety of the base formulation with any combination of your chosen ingredients to ensure its safety.  This means that as long as you follow your CPSR you can have the flexibility within your chosen ingredients to be creative.

It also allows for your choice of up to 15 fragrance oils, and you can choose to add on our list of 49 essential oils (47 for leave on products) including vanilla extra which will allow you to use individually or blended up to a maximum %. Or you can opt out of either.

Flexi Variants - Complete the field for your base formulation and then for Flexi variants, enter your chosen number of ingredients, their INCI names, and max percentage required. These will be named in your CPSR at max percentages along with a base formulation. You stay within these going forward for your CPSR to be valid. 

Colours - Included by default are a choice of colourants so that you can use a range of coloured mica, synthetic mica and neons to colour your product.  The list you get will vary depending on product type and area of exposure.  If you require glitters and natural colourants, add these as additional extras.

Fragrances Oils - Choose your quantity then enter the names, percentage and suppliers in the text box. 

Additional extras - This is things like decoration (glitter, botanicals), natural colourants (eg: beetroot powder, Turmeric etc) and non-cosmetic items like crystals, toys, jewellery and paper vouchers.  These will be required to have their own labelling.  List these in the additional extras box. If you have none, then leave this blank.

Revega CPSRs are flexible with ingredients, so whilst you MUST always get your fragrance from the same supplier (this is because composition will vary across suppliers), you can purchase all other ingredients from any reputable supplier.

How to order 

• Select number of Fragrance Oils. If not using select 0.
• Select whether you want the 49 (47 for leave on products) essential oils added.
• Fill in the text boxes with the required information including your base formula and your list of variant ingredients in the flexi Variants box, additional extras in the additional extras box and your scent options in the fragrance and/or essential oil box.  Follow the instructions in the text box.
• If you have stability data sheets or challenge testing certificates for the base formulation, forward those to us via email.
• All custom CPSRs will come with appropriate colour safe options for your chosen product type and application area to give you maximum flexibility.

What you'll receive

• A comprehensive custom CPSR for your product valid in the UK and EU, that allows for a base formulation, 10 variant ingredients, 10 additional extras, up to 15 fragrance oils and (if chosen) essential oil options, and a selection of colours.

Please note that due to challenge testing rules, if your product is water-based (excluding Cold Process Soap) you will require challenge test data for every variant combination.  If your product is oil based this is not required.

If you have water based formulations, you are best opting for the 'Custom Product CPSR - Multiple Variant' CPSR or 'Custom Product CPSR - Scent Variant Only'.

Fragrances - You may choose your amount of fragrances from any supplier to be included in your CPSR, if you want to add on an additional fragrance now or later, that’s fine you can order and ‘additional fragrance’ HERE

You can also choose to add our list of 49 essential oils (47 for leave on products) including vanilla extract.  If you only want the essential oils, then select 0 for fragrance.  

Essential oils can be used individually or blended with each other within the max usage rates.

Fragrance oils are proprietary formulations and therefore therefore cannot be blended in the same product.

Revega CPSRs are flexible with ingredients, so whilst you MUST always get your fragrance from the same supplier (this is because composition will vary across suppliers), you can purchase all other ingredients from any reputable supplier.

How to order

• Fill in the text boxes with the required information and select your number of fragrances.  Choose zero if you only want essential oils.
• Select Yes or No to adding all 49 essential oils (47 for leave on products).
• If you have stability data sheets or challenge testing certificates, forward those to us via email.

Variants - Complete the field for your base formulation and then for each variant, enter up to 5 ingredients, their INCI names, and supplier name if a fragrance oil. These will be named in your CPSR as set variations along with a base formulation. You must follow these going forward for your CPSR to be valid.
